The courses are designed for 6 to 8 people and last approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. I have introduced several fact sheets with synopses on different food groups and general information, why not take a look! Something new that I am continually working on is the issue of Cancer. I have dedicated a whole section to Cancer, encompassing the following areas: • History • Treatments • Alternative and complimentary therapies • How food can help I will continue to update this on a regular basis, bringing new information as it becomes available. I am specifically looking at cancers of the digestive system, as I believe this is such an important area of our body. If we get this right, the rest of the body has a chance to work at its optimum.
