In this workshop we will be looking at the implications of fungal infections, and what can be done to reduce the possibility of actually becoming infected in the first place. With a good diet this is achievable. However if the infection has already taken hold then a very strict regime is required to bring the body back to optimum health. We will be looking at which foods will achieve this, as well as natural self help remedies we can use.
