Hi I am Jean Sampson and welcome to the RightLifeStyle website. I feel very passionate about our lifestyles and the fact that often through no fault of our own we do not really understand how our bodies work, what happens when we eat food and why. So I devised a series of workshops, cookery classes, one to one private consultations and recipe collections. Where does this happen? • From my home, a lovely old Spanish Finca located just off the Torrox to Competa road, east of Malaga. • In your home • External venues Workshops They are fun, as well as the information about our bodies there is a wealth of other material. For example where herbs came from, to the latest super foods and why they are super foods. Also we will be looking at alternative therapies, lifestyle issues, specific illnesses and what can be done for them by changing using the super foods discussed. This is then followed by a tapas lunch, which of course will include the food that has been prepared. The length of the workshops is approx 2.5 hours and we are usually around 6-8 people, It is not only a good way of learning but another way to meet new friends, so why not get in contact with me and come along and have a good time.
