Following on from workshop number 5 we will be
looking more in-depth at the chakra system within the
body, which organs each chakra is aligned to, what
foods each chakra is associated and much more.

PH Balance of the body is a very important area and our
general health is much affected if the body is not in
balance, especially if it is too acid which can result in
acidosis, we are going to look at how this happens
which foods are acid and which are alkaline and how
they can bring us back to optimum health.

Natural food supplements – Lecithin
Foods supplements are now sold in abundance, so I
thought it would be a good idea to look at some of the
more well known ones and what they are taken for and
why.

Herbs Echinacea
Echinacea is known for its health benefits on the
immune system we will look at what it is taken for
besides the common cold.

Super Food – Brown Rice
Brown rice is a super food and very good for the general
health of the body we will be looking at its origins what
its nutrient content is and why it is better for us than
white rice.
