The Chinese people believe that foods come in two categories either hot or cold and a balance has to be achieved for harmony in our bodies therefore giving good health. E Numbers More and more it is becoming important to understand what is being added to our foodstuff. There are hundreds of E numbers, a few good, some bad and some very bad. We are going to look at where they can be found in our food and why they are added and what adverse affects can be triggered from them.
