We are all programmed to think of fat as bad, however we
do require fat in our diet, but of course there are good and
bad fats, here we dispel the myth and see what we really do
need to stay healthy.

As we have been discussing fats the heart is a good organ
to look at, fat has a very profound affect on the heart. In the
western world heart disease is prolific we will be looking at
how we can achieve a healthier heart.

Reiki is an alternative, natural remedy and is becoming more
and more known and used, here we look at what Reiki is and
what to expect in a Reiki session.

Aloe Vera is widely used in the cosmetic industry; it has
powerful antibiotic properties amongst its many other health
producing benefits. From putting the gel directly onto the
skin for bites and allergies to taking it as a drink we will look
at what it can do for us.

More and more people are taking alternative drinks to
ordinary tea and coffee, Green Tea is known for its anti-
oxidant properties that help eliminate free radicals the
scourge of modern living. We will look at its history and
origins and what nutrient qualities it has.
