Body systems - digestive system  The digestive system is one of the most important parts of our body we will be looking at where it begins and where it ends and more importantly what happens in-between! Exercise - introduction  Exercise is very important for not only the body but also for the mind and spirit, in this element we will be looking at what is BMS and different types of exercise and why. Homeopathy - aromatherapy part I Because of the interest by participants in the workshops on this subject it has been split into three parts, the first one concentration on its origin and where the essential oils come from Let’s look at herbs – parsley In this first workshop we will be looking at the history of herbs and their uses together with an information sheet on Parsley which most people use in their kitchen. Super food – Quinoa  Superfoods are foods that are high in nutrients that are essential for the optimum needs of our bodies. In this section we will be looking at many of these foods and what part they play in our bodies. This week is the turn of Quinoa, which is a grain that is similar to couscous and rice.
