We will look at which parts of the body particularly require protein and why it is so important. Body systems - The skin The skin is the largest organ of the body and many people do not really think about this or associate the skin as an organ. We need the skin for many reasons, some of the vital roles it has is as our temperature gage and elimination of many toxins.  We will look at its composition and why it is important to the human body. Aromatherapy - Massage  In this workshop we will be doing hands on massage learning the different techniques and trying them out on each other, learning which essential oils and carrier oils to use. This element has proved very popular.   Let’s look at herbs – Sage Further information on herbs and their uses sage is widely known and a very popular herb. Super food  –  Watermelon Watermelon is found widely here in Spain and can be purchased in almost every shop where food stuff is for sale. It has a plethora of nutrients and can be used in many recipes as well as being drunk as a Smoothie.
