Body systems - Liver  The liver is the detoxifying organ of the body and therefore very very important if this organ does not work correctly the repercussions can be life threatening we will be looking at what it does and why. Homeopathy - aromatherapy part II This is the second part in the series of aromatherapy, in this session we will be looking at the different types of essential oils and which ones are the best used and why, also carrier oils that are so important in the use of essential oils and how to mix them. Exercise As with previous workshops we will be looking at a specific exercise regime and what it will do for the body.
